Dill and Feta Sauce

This sauce is so easy and delicious! It goes perfectly with grilled salmon or even grilled chicken or pork.

Swedes love dill. They put it on so many dishes and in the summer it is a staple. I have found living here in NC dill is not that easy to find…especially fresh dill so I use a lot of dried dill. It’s not the same but it’s a great substitute. If you also love dill, you can grow it in the summer and it is really easy to freeze!

Speaking of easy…this sauce is so easy to make. Here are the details:::

8 oz sour cream (1 small container)
juice of half of a lemon
3 tbsp feta cheese crumbled (more if you love it)
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or 1 tbsp dried dill
salt to taste

Mix all ingredients and it’s ready!

You can serve immediately or make ahead and chill in the fridge until dinner time.
